1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we want to make sure you're satisfied with your Street Gear USA experience.

If your item isn’t quite right, you may:

  • Request an exchange for an item of equal value, or                                                 
  • Receive a store credit for the full value of your original purchase

Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used on any future order placed through our official website.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date                            
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition                                     
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact    
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided   
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Street Gear USA is not liable for returns lost in transit.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items            
  • Gift cards         
  • Customised or personalised products    

Please double-check all order details before checking out, particularly when purchasing final sale or custom pieces.

 

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@streetgearusa.com.au. Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number                                                                                                                                     
  • A brief description of the fault                                                                                                                      
  • Clear photos of the issue      

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a refund or store credit — your choice.
Note: Refunds will exclude original shipping charges.

Please be aware: Items showing signs of misuse, wear and tear, or damage due to improper care are not classified as faulty.
