* Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
* We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order at our discretion (e.g. due to error, fraud, or stock issues).
* We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments and PayPal. We do not store your payment details.

 3. Shipping

* Shipping fees vary based on your location and the items ordered. Your exact cost is calculated at checkout.
* Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and dispatched via tracked shipping.
* Delivery within Australia usually takes 3–7 business days. International delivery times may vary.
* You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
* Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect details.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns under the following conditions:

* Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
* Store credit or exchanges will be offered — *no refunds for change of mind.*
* Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
